Calling London, calling London, come in London...

There were a couple of very interesting blogs that I used to follow, both of which I believe were written from London.

They were quiet for while but now seem to be active again-but open only to invited readers, which leaves me unfairly deprived of entertainment. Given the lack of material to read, I'm beginning to see a conspiracy here, an international one, hatched in the city that was once the capital of the world, to deprive me of my rightful share of stimulation.

Therefore I appeal to all the true, um, fans(?) of this blog to track down the rascally owners of these blogs:

The Spider

Snazzy

I shall promise to be on my best behaviour when visiting these blogs. Shall not litter them with page after page of random comments, shall not stalk the owners or inundate them with proposals of marriage and will even be nice to their pets, cats included.

JP - As far as I can recall you and T were sitting about a foot away from each other at Barefoot at the blogger's get together. Which has made me chuckle!

have you noticed that Darwin's blog has also gone private? :( sucks!

Hell RD, I never knew that. Pity, would have liked to have met her.

All lies RD! We left before he got there. I was however sitting about a foot away from Mr. Point at the rajani thiranagma memorial thing :) (assuming my sources are correct and that actually WAS him)

Apologies T, the memory starts to go at my age!

Hang on, hang on, how do you know what I look like??? And who are these mysterious sources???

The Ranjani Thiranagama thing was good but it went on for sooo long and I was so hungry at the end I was losing focus.

Yeah it was way too long. we left after the indian lady finished. the first bit was good though no? with the poem and all.

as for my sources... *creepy stalker laugh*

Indeed it was and three Sinhala/oriental basses were really good. Never heard that kind of singing from an oriental artiste before

Stayed on until the end, the closing remarks were also good. I noticed a lot of people leaving after the main speaker finished.

I was sitting on the right hand side of the auditorium, with a friend, by the way.

LOL...I think T's sources are correct if you were sitting on the right hand side. We were a few rows behind no T? :D
